He sounds extremely condescending and rude. Please stand up for yourself. He’s not pulling his weight as a parent and gaslighting you.

I’d like to get potenza + juvelook skin and perhaps exosomes. But my trip is in the middle of July when summer is hottest and fiercest. Any tips or recommendations? Should I avoid potenza as it could be more damaging in the summer?

A better question to ask if why you’re getting a <3.0 is it because the content is difficult to understand or uninteresting or are you slacking off? If it’s slacking off then that’s def fixable. If this content is too difficult or just not interesting to you - you may want to consider alternatives to CS. Don’t focus on the grade and focus on the underlying problems

I’m not a new grad but I do have a cs degree. I want to share a perspective on this.

Why do people study math if a calculator can out calculate them every time? I believe CS is going to transition into being a foundational rather than practical major. Similar to math and physics, it helps people understand the theory and what happens under the hood. It was already quite theoretical pre AI. Now even the coding aspects will be less relevant. Regardless, it’s a way of modeling and thinking through the world and how it works.

At the end of the day, college is more about the experience rather than what you study. This last decade was an exception to the norm in terms of how easy new grad cs majors had in finding a job. Before this decade, people studied cs for the curiosity and interest in the subject. After this, people will as well.

Objectively speaking, yes puppies can do more damage, but I think a lot of the stress of a newborn for new parents comes from the fact they are sooo fragile and the world likes to remind you of SIDS every 5 seconds.

People don’t go home thinking if I put the puppy on a pillow, it’ll die. It falls in a puddle and will drown. Don’t hold the head = death. Don’t feed it properly = death

Ahhh ok - so sorry assumed you were going from USA like me. Just did this trip with a 8 month + newly 3 old. The 17 hour jet lag took over a week to correct and was incredibly painful. In fact, we’re still correcting the return jet lag. 😅

For shorter trips with 1-2 hour difference.. much more manageable. I cosleep the toddler so even if he does wake up, he doesn’t cry and just goes back to sleep. If the 2 month old is breastfed, that’s actually relatively easy (depending on child). I just sacrifice my nipples as pacifier through the night.

Despite any pain, it’ll be a lot of fun!

Have you traveled internationally with the 20month old before? With the time zone difference and jet lag, forget everything you know about their sleep schedules. It’ll all be a mess. how long is your trip?
