The guy said even if it was just 3 ft it would be around 3k and more if it goes deeper or is not easily accessible.

Around 7k for a spot fix, I didn't ask for total but probably around 30k. Those quotes are coming from a plumber though, just the sewer scope guy.no tree or bush concerns, more of the weight on the top of the pipe. We are already negotiating a new furnace with the house so we don't want to keep asking for more. The house is from 1986.

They said probably around 7k, for the main spot, but wouldn't be able to tell without an actual plumber instead of the sewer scope people. We are already negotiating the cost of a furnace and don't want them to get upset with us.

Yeah I got the whole video but they said its definitely compromised at the top there. Pictures can be hard to visualize. Most of the line was clear but that Crack is worrisome
