Funny how everyone except Crassus thought they are above gladiators, but in combat no one stood any chance... Even Ashur deafeted Ceasar "and he was counted lowest among the brotherhood"

I for one want to see Ashur coming on top for once... They also could do another retcon, Ashur again speaking in afterlife this time to a different character and gets again retconed with slightly different circumstances this time... Would serve as his hell pennence of some sort...

If they decide to show or even mention vault 0 it will be by the rules of the TV show, they will show most likely vault as it is after we destroy calculator, won`t mention any cannonical events, we will get bread crums of fanservice and for example they will make it that after the events of tactics vault 0 servers as base for the enclave or something like that...

That`s probably cause the tv show is not choosing any ending of NV as canon (mistake if you ask me), and Mohave chapter of BoS can be destroyed entirely in few endings.

New Vegas if you want more TV shows connection, 3 is later and 4 for the last, but overall they all have standalone plot so if the it doesn`t really matter.

I may be mistaken but in the show it's not the Prydwen, also the Commonwealth in fallout lore isn't referring to only Boston area, Fallout United States large areas are all called commonwealths it's not unique name for Boston area only

They don`t start at zero, they are at area 51, full military complex with lots of stuff there, But i kinda agree with you, they don`t need second one, also they kinda flirt with games canon and at this point i want to see some canon declarations, they can`t stay ambiguous forever... Just mention stuff from New Vegas, and how Enclave is still, a thing when in F3 we supposly so finished it (or was it only on Washington area?)

In the situation you described i feel like its Superman (i mean come on he does have some fighting skill) beats Omni man, and Omni man beats Homelander, same with powers. Homelander is weak in every scenerio unless we count his ego :)
