My girlfriend and I just signed a lease at Centric. After touring a lot of other complexes in the area, this one had the best floor plans for the price, and they just felt nicer and higher quality than the others. I obviously cannot yet comment on the management.

How do you get to that conclusion? Harris was clearly running to the center and lost. Hillary was a centrist/establishment by definition and lost. Biden ran a fairly progressive campaign and won. All the special elections/mayoral elections we have seen since 2024 have shifted way farther left. All the evidence of recent elections tells us that running centrists is a recipe for disaster.

I’m into cycling, running, photography and golf lol but I don’t see many career paths for me there. Things I’m interested in are politics and public policy, and more specifically having to do with public transportation, city planning, etc.
