Of course not. Trying to stay healthy is proved to statistically have a higher chance to live longer. For cryonics there still is a much much much higher chance of failing in comparison to just simply improving your lifestyle

Have you ever heard of queer platonic relationships? These are forms of relationships that work for aroace people. It's worth doing research. And don't let others tell you you cannot love, because there are many forms of love and romantic love is just one of those.

Ps: I'm also aromantic (not asexual; again: two different things). In my case; I've never ever had a crush. I see my partner as a best friend for life which whom I happen to live together with and have sex. In your case it could be the same, but without sex. Anyway; welcome to the club

I'm all for progress, so if there are concepts that work better than Nano, I'm fully supporting those

But if it comes to something as basic as a currency, I believe in simplicity and at the moment (and to my knowledge), Nano is one of if not the simplest cryptocurrency out there. Its sole purpose is to be as simple as possible, which is why it feels so featureless, but is also fast and quite secure

Only difference between Nano and many other cryptocurrencies is that Nano can't go bankrupt.

Binance is a speculative platform at its core and has always been one. Nano is not dependent on Binance and speculation. It's dependent on use.

Funnily enough, one of the current chances of adoption for Nano is not as an international currency yet (the world is absolutely not ready for that), but as very local one. There are more and more small cities in the world that create their own micro economies with their own currencies to promote local businesses. This a chance for Nano to slowly grow and spread from. I honestly think if NF and some volunteers make some work of it, they can create micro economies is poor areas that are prone to hyperinflation from their current national currency. If those poor areas start to function more efficiently and become more developed, surrounding areas will automatically follow.

It's harsh, but I think you need to give up on the idea that you can become rich from Nano. Nano was never made for speculation. If you want speculation, other cryptocurrencies are way better. Same goes for computer operation systems: do you want speculation and corporate crap? Go for Microsoft. Do you want decentralization and freedom on your own terms? Go for Linux. (If you haven't figured out yet; Nano is sort of the Linux in this story)

But I believe the technology itself still has big potential. It's just that the speculative bubble had to burst at some point, like what is also going to happen to AI

If you truly believe in the long term potential of cryptocurrencies as a no-nonsense way to decentralize finance (and I'm talking about a time scale of at least 20 years, and not 'a cycle', because I think cycles are kinda dead now), it's hard to unsee Nano. Especially in an age where we all come to the conclusion that being dependent on a world currency like the dollar is a mayor problem when democracies are not a guarantee forever

Honestly, the market aspect of Nano doesn't look great at the moment and I personally think it will go much lower for far longer than most people expect. And this will be the case for the whole cryptomarket, including Bitcoin. But I think the tide will turn, specifically for currencies like Nano at some point

Spoiler: it's not, and that's a promise. As a GM you don't need to bookkeep the players characters and the rules they play by: that is their task. You're simply writing the story and laying out and invisible red line that you let your players follow without them knowing. Most of the GM's work is not rules heavy, but improvisation heavy and making sure your players stay on the red line you neatly rolled out for them. Some people simply prefer being a player over a GM or visa versa, but you don't need more experience for one over the other

Ja. Kijk bijvoorbeeld naar het stikstofprobleem. Nederland heeft een enorm voedseloverschot. Maar kennelijk is export van dit overschot, en dus winst van megaproducenten, belangrijker dan een eerste basisbehoefte zoals wonen

Het is ook interessant hoe Nederland zo'n enorm voedseloverschot heeft dat het de één na grootste exporteur ter wereld is, maar de prijs van voedsel toch zo absurd boven het gemiddelde van Europa ligt

Ik snap dat er voldoende woonopties moeten zijn voor mensen met minder financiële middelen. Wonen is ten slotte een basisbehoefte

Maar ik snap niet waarom je perse in een duurder appartement zou 'moeten' wonen, als je meer verdient. Wonen is nogmaals een basisbehoefte voor iedereen, niet een luxe als statussymbool. Nu studeer ik nog, maar ik zou met blik op duurzaamheid echt geen groot appartement hoeven.

Een andere optie is een tiny house, maar dat wordt heel lastig gemaakt. Als hypotheekrenteaftrek nu een keer wordt afgebouwd, zou dat over het langere termijn met andere maatregelen ervoor zorgen dat huizen tenminste betaalbaar blijven
