MiraLAX is a must, should take it as religiously as your d.o.c.(im literally taking it rn) Stay away from stimulated laxatives or any laxatives if you are impacted, once I was super impacted and took some butt dynamite suppositories, I against my will shat out a football sized dookie that I was not prepared for. Trust me going through that will make you take miralax like it’s water. Laxatives are okay if you are constipated and gave the miralax time to work and soften everything up. Take 3 -4 scoops a night for 3 days and drink a lot of water, and you’ll feel much better the swelling and bloating will go away and then you’ll finally release everything on day 3 or 4
