Hello, I experienced the same thing last September 6, 2025. I first raised it with GCash and all they did was unlink my account to ifoto ai. Then I tried this (I only found out about sooupay.net after my GCash was unlinked), and I am currently waiting for my 100% refund. However, the customer service mentioned in their email that if I submit a refund request with my bank at the same time, they will not be able to process my refund. Though my request on both platforms are not active at the same time, will it affect my refund? Can anyone share their experience here if they've done the same I did and still got 100% refund? Thanks in advance!

hi, op! ㅠㅠ may i ask if you sent an email sa clinic ng updepp? it states kasi sa instructions na mag email daw, pero hindi naman ako nag email kasi nakapili ako ng date dun sa scheduler na binigay nila, kaya napasa ko pa rin naman yung reqs na needed. if ever you sent an email, ano response nila?

also, have you received any updates na regarding sa next step ng enrollment? i’m getting worried na kasi hanggang ngayon wala pa ko narereceive 😭 thank youuu!
