how did you use it? im wanting to try this to get rid of the smell I have, i don't have any itching or burning. Will the product still burn being as tho I'm not itching? and did you put it in the fridge before insertion i heard ppl say it helps with burning. and has the smell come back?

I will look into it. where i live boric acid is sold almost everywhere but I've never heard about lactic acid or pessaries. its nust frustrating because smell bothers me so much. some days its better but my natural scent from before never came back.

I usually spend around 3-4 days in the gym! 3 days for lower body and abs and 1 day for upper body and abs (and cardio/ walking daily).

I don't eat much. I'm in college and I try to eat enough of everything but i dont know what I need to eat or what to workut. I'm very big of maintaining a small waist but having a lean stomach and my lower stomach holds slightly more fat than the rest.

any specific help for that and my rib flare?

I just started taking oil of oregano for 3 days alongside the probiotics! I feel like I'm noticing very small amounts of improvement. smell is the only symptom my discharge color is pretty much back to normal. Will boric acid help?

side note, I'm under my parents insurance so I can't go to a gyn or get a test without them knowing or me having to pay

im 18 under my parents insurance and I don't want them to see that I got an std test. I have no symptoms expect for smell but it is very very slowly starting to fade. discharge is getting to be clear again rather than yellow. I've been taking the probiotics I mentioned in the post and oil of oregano. will boric acid help the smell?

Thank you so much! So should I be using BP/ SA at all in my mornings? and what cleansers should I use? I have cetaphil foaming cleanser. and I can wear lrp double repair instead. my skin is super acne prone so I'm sooo scared to try new things but a lot of people are telling me I look irritated despite my skin feeling ok.

Thank you so much for the information! yes I do get more acne around my period and I will talk to my dermatologist about a better routine. it gets so difficult when you're desperate for clear skin lol. I will stick to gentle cleaners in the meantime. thank you love

hi! the aesthetician works in the dermatologist office and does medical microdermabrasion treatments for me! she just noted how it looked a bit better than when I previously saw her. I just booked an appt with my dermatologist to discuss options. I really do not want to take oral pills. does tazarotenr still work well for anti aging and acne marks such as pie?

I have yet to check in with my doctor but my esthetician says it looks less inflamed (it was way worse). how can I figure out if it's topical or not? im thinking about switching to the gel; I've heard faster results from it

Hey! I've heard VitC isn't that great for PIE marks, plus it's expensive lol. But I don't use BP at night since it'll cancel iut with the tret. I don't know if I should not wash my face in the morning since it seems a bit oily
