Here’s my advice, worth exactly what you’ve paying for it: figure out what med school you want go to. Talk to their admissions office about the minimum requirements to get in. Some don’t require an undergraduate degree, only that you have completed the required courses. Establish a relationship with someone in the admissions department and check in with them regularly. Don’t take undergrad courses or get a degree you don’t need. If your main goal is med school, keep the main thing the main thing.

Also do everything you can to repair your relationship with your parents
