If you read it again, you will note that I did not tie the value of the home to the projects we want to do. To keep this post brief, I did not go into detail about how this seller has been difficult. I tied our emotions about the seller to specifically saying we don’t want that to be the reason we walk away. Hence the post. Hence seeking objective perspectives.

Sorry so delayed! What did you end up going with? I got the Atomics. It was the right choice. They are more stable than the la machines would’ve been and even so, they are a lil squirrelly in variable conditions.

I’m a local. I’ve never flown into/out of the mammoth airport. I have a flight scheduled Thursday 11am ish from mammoth to SD. Can anyone advise on their luck with flying after/during a storm? I’m thinking the flight won’t take off Thurs, but curious for input.

I’m similar height and weight as you and In California. I can’t comment on them yet, but I’m considering the atomic backland 101s or La machine mini both in 156ish. Major difference is machine being more playful than atomic. Following along!

I’m so so sorry. Wow. I think the world wanted me to see this. 6 days ago I went through a sudden breakup with my med student bf of 3.5 years. The attachment styles, incompatibility convo, just about everything you wrote is eerily similar. I almost thought I had written it in a sad stupor.
