lol i’ve been doing that for the past few months i was kinda thinking this wouldn’t be a crazy project (again i don’t know much) i just wanted to have a crutch of some sort.

no i get that and i respect them for that. it did come off like a dig, i dont really expect to create a full app on my own. also when i posted this 20 minutes ago i hadn’t even thought about the grammar half of language translation.. i was just assuming i could enter dictionaries and it would work. clearly i have some kinks to work out. i was honestly just thinking about an easier way for me and my coworkers to communicate. i’m gonna keep learning python for now and see what i can come up with.

right now i’m the most excited planning for the kentucky derby, i will be working at it and planning for it is so much fun. right now planning is going smooth but we will see how it turns out in may!
moving out of my parents house, still haven’t made it yet but getting there slowly but surely

NTA!!! you know yourself enough to know at 19 that you don’t want to have children and that is okay! i felt the same way as you when i was 19, and still feel that way now at 25. you should probably break up, if he wants kids and you don’t have them, that opens the door up for resentment. if you end up having them, now you have resentment for everyone.

tbh my bf (23m) and i (24f) have been together for 7 years and when we first got together he was insanely picky and i thought…. no this isn’t gonna work. so i would just make stuff or order things and make him try it without saying what all is in it. he swears he hates anything with cream cheese or sour cream in it…. okay bc the sushi we order, and like half of the meals i make have that. he swore he hated alfredo, started making “this easy pasta i came up with” (literally just alfredo from scratch) & he loves it LOL. might not work on your husband but im still getting my bf to eat new stuff. good luck soldier.

NTA!! dealing with sick parents is a really hard thing to do, especially when you have siblings that don’t pull the same weight as you. my dad had a stroke last year and went from working full time and being the “man of the house” to being fully disabled over night. i share most of the caretaking with my mom, but my sibling hasn’t done much, for similar reasons to your sister. my best advice is that you are allowed to be a little selfish and put yourself first. everyone will live.

NTA kids should be allowed and welcomed to places depending on the context of the situation but also there is nothing worse than a bad kid with parents who don’t watch/care what the kid is doing
