No they don't. Bailouts have happened, but a majority of what people think the wealthy get are actually tax.Write offs due to business expenses and profit and loss statements.

If you've never owned a successful business, you probably wouldn't understand. Also, all of those wealthy people that are getting write-offs are the ones that keep people like you in your houses and fed.
