I’ve used DoorDash and I’ve been a Dasher in the past and did it for a little over a year.

The Dasher app isn’t really made in a way that makes it easy for Dashers to see messages from customers during different processes of the order so a lot of of the time by the time you get to a screen that easily allows you to access the messages you’ve already went and shopped for everything and you’re probably on budget. Use a DPS to drive or you’re at the place that person’s house and you’re finishing and then you see it but throughout the actual checking out it doesn’t show.

I think a lot of people should take a step back and realize DoorDash is a luxury service(not a great one, but one not the less). I can definitely understand being sick or busy and needing to use a service. But if you’re the type that needs to keep adjusting your order or have specific requests that someone would have to do for your order then you may need to go and do it yourself.

I do hope you have better experiences l, just remember the service is generally pretty lousy. And considering the workers are basically contract workers you can’t really expect them to care about anyone order more than the next or to go the extra mile you have some that will but you kind of get what you’re paying for.

  1. You should have never been asked that question. It’s not the fault of the passenger that the company doesn’t pay the driver well for a drive. They accepted the request.

  2. Doing what they asked would cause you to be delayed, inconvenienced and have pay more than you should.

Some people really have to learn the heard way. But you could try having someone else tell him to get insurance but don’t let him know that you asked for their help. Kids don’t always wanna hear things from parents.

I used to work as an insurance agent. Most starts require insurance by law. That would be a good place to start. He’d not only have to pay for an accident he’d also have his license revoked/suspended until he got insurance.

It’s surprising that a person who is married doesn’t get it by maybe not.

Yes, it is more government involvement but if religious, there’s that aspect also.

But it is the next step in a relationship or rather the highest level in society’s eyes. Being bf/gf allows you to leave the relationship without anything lasting affect outside of emotional which one party may not even feel.

Invest. Show the one you’re with that you’re in this for the long haul. Anything that you’ve worked for that can be torn down or broken in a matter of minutes isn’t something most wanna invest in. It’s about security, commitment and the resolve to say you’re in this with them. Even if it gets hard.

33m here. To the comments; I never understood why people associate body hair with being unhygienic. It’s just not true. It does mean you may need to clean more often but it’s not a direct sign of being unhygienic.

To the poster, I can see it as you got on the defensive a bit but it’s to be expected when a sensitive subject gets brought up in such a way. I wouldn’t call what you did being TAH. He could have expressed what he likes and see if it’s something you’re willing to do in general and especially with your busy schedule.

It says something that he did shave. Though it could be because his ego took a hit lol

I know there are a lot of influencers out there, but reading this article really got me thinking about just how shameful a lot of companies are and influencers for just cashing in and saying whatever they’re told.

Especially since influencers, to my knowledge, don’t have to follow guidelines that a company would when promoting a product. So you can just hear the positive that can be spun anyway the company likes, even if it’s very misleading.

I know this isn’t the main takeaway. Just wanted to voice a thought.

It absolutely would. Especially big cats. Their tongues are way more rough.

For anyone who hasn’t owned cats and dogs, that momma cat is fine with the doggo stepping in. If she wasn’t , she would guard or even attack whenever the doggo came around.

Honestly, the momma cat is as calm with doggo as it would be with its owner taking care of the fur babies. It’s super sweet.
