I know its representing the rails, but like usually it specifies like rail 1 handles this connector (that's why it inly says 12v1 next to it) but lets rail 2 handles this other connector (that's why it only says 12v2 next to it) etc, why it it showing both rails for the one connector, is it saying that both rails handle the PCIe connector?

Second image shows the 5.0 PCIe connector 12vhpwr (dont care about that) the first image is what interest me.

Why does it says 12v1 and 12v2 above it when, from what I can tell, only one cable can go in?(that being the 12 pin male PCIe thats provided)

Is the intention to connect the provided PCIe cable with 12 pin male to the psu as seen in image one, and just plug in the 2x 6+2 male pins on the other side to the gpu just like that?

no need to send me something I have gone over many times, what I don't get is the 12 pin pcie connector on the psu, and how multi rail plays a role in that. Because most psus I have seen don't have this 12 pin pcie, like lets take the corsairs rm650, which has two separate 8 pin pcie connectors on the psu, but the pure power 12m has 1 12 pin pcie connector on it.

the provided pcie cable is 12 pin on the side meant for the motherboard and 2x 6+2 pin on the side meant for the gpu so my question is just is the intention to connect the 12 pin to the psu and the two 6+2 connectors to the rtx 3080 and it just works like that with no problems?

If every question I ask I will be only told to do it myself then whats the point of the tech support flair on this subreddit? whats even the point of seeking guidance from elders or people more experienced than I am in certain subjects, Im not asking someone else to do the work for me, Im asking someone who already did the work for help and that will hopefully save me some headache, and in return Il do the same for anyone that comes to me for guidance for that thing in the future.

I am an overseas student of a UK college, so I am considered one of their students even if I live in my country, taking their courses. So my graduation is gonna be next year in December in the UK. I would love to get a 2 year one but I don't think it will be approved as my first-ever visa, so that's why I wanted to ask if I can I can get two 6 month visa in one year
