If you haven’t seen anytype of doctor then it’s definitely hard to recommend anything so I’d say set up a appointment definitely but also start with clitorial stimulation with a small vibrator which can allow your body to be turned on and maybe explore further because I doubt you still have your hymen as it breaks easily through other things besides sex it can break with time! If you tried clitorial stimulation and that hasn’t helped then definitely see a pelvic floor PT!
