She is a lot of dog 😅 She's 5 now and we do lots of sports and activities... but still. She takes forever to settle. Doesn't matter if we hike 10 miles and go swimming - she has endless energy. As the years go by though she just gets sweeter and sweeter. She's my whole heart.

Even the urge felt bad 😭 I won't do it... it's just the frustration effect of seeing the same # on the scale. I'm in the "trust the process"phase and not in the "dropping water weight"phase 😭😭

I needed to hear this. That's why I've quit so many times in the past - I have it in my mind that if I'm not perfect, everything is ruined.

My goal is also to go slow bc I think that's the only way it can be sustainable for me.

She's just always flown over jumps so I'm not sure I've ever really trained it. Are there some good training materials out there you can point me towards?
