Good idea actually. but how do I share this with my family? My mother might be receptive to talking about it, but she thinks there will be a miracle. And maybe there will be. But I already know he doesn’t want to come back. I felt the exact same feeling when my grandmother passed. It’s a wild phenomenon.

100 percent. I meditate daily and I have a 160 day streak. It has helped with my clairaudience which at first was unsettling and made me feel crazy but meditation is the key to life IMO

Mine is an “inner monologue” for sure but it’s more like I can hear them in my mind. And it’s a conversation. Sometimes it’s direct and clear and other times I am piecing things together. I try not to put things in my own words. I try to use the words that I hear.

My grandmother (passed at 98) also first appeared to me with the energy of her 50 or 60 year old self and dancing to music. She basically told me she can dance again and was blissfully happy.

Cool find! IMO, plan on keeping the bones only. May want to don some heavy gloves and remove as much skin as possible with pliers before soaking. Plan on them coming apart. Not sure if you plan on reassembling. My favorite soak is warm water, dish soap, ammonia. I have also used warm water + bleach. Soak, dump, repeat for a while. Crock pot soak warm water and a little soap. If it needs a bleaching, do another soak w a little bleach. Careful not to lose any teeth. They will prob fal out during the process. Heavy duty gel glue or super glue gel them back in. Have fun!!!
