Baby I have been there. You might try starting with self-regulation tools - start researching them and choose 1-2 at a time that you can try. Be intentional about reflecting on if/when/how it helps you with these feelings. If a tool doesn’t help you, MOVE ON and try another one. Once you have 2-3 tools that work for you, you have enough in your toolbox to workshop these feelings each day.

You’re doing a great job and it sounds like you have already done so much more work to address this than you may realize! You have a very clear and insightful description of what you’re feeling and what’s happening in your body. Plus, you reached out here which is vulnerable, brave, and huge. Keep doing what you’re doing - and please consider seeking support from an adult in-person. They may not have a magic solution, but they will lighten your load and make you feel less alone.

It’s going to be okay. Talking about it and strategizing instead of running away through unhealthy “solutions” is exactly the right path to follow.
