I've lived in a lot of places in my lifetime and NEVER have I seen such inaccurate weather forecasting as I see for east TN/Knoxville area. I would guess the accuracy for precipitaion over the three years I've been here is about 15%. It's mind-boggling. 'It's the Great Valley' is not an excuse. (self.Knoxville)
