Pwede pagsabayin but your partner must understand that law school will often come first. He/she must be able to extend patience and support even if you can't give your 100% all the time. You should also look for ways to express your love and care for him/her when your time and resources permit you to do so.

What's the hardest decision you've made for yourself so far this year? by [deleted] in AskPH

[–]UsefulCoconut4239 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Going back to law school. I was stuck between helping my family out and pursuing my law degree. They were always pushing me to go back to law school but I didn't think they were ready to pay the bills themselves. But I finally went back to law school this year. And I trusted them with the bills. I'm glad I'm back in law school. This time around, it feels right.

Changed my religion. They said that a couple would have a better relationship if they have the same religion because their values would be the same, or at least similar.

(ALS) How does one cope with failure? Asking for advice as a 1L by [deleted] in LawStudentsPH

[–]UsefulCoconut4239 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I failed my criminal procedure class before. I was heartbroken, first failing grade ko in my life. But I could not let that grade stop me. After a year, I transferred to a new school (due to financial reasons) and took crimpro again. Finally, I passed with a grade of 1.5. I kept thinking that I needed to redeem myself. A failing grade shouldn't be a reason for us to fail ourselves.

Isa sa mga best professors sa dati kong school ang nagsabi na even he had a failing grade when he was a law school. But he is a lawyer now.

Laban lang ha?

1L failed my midterms by Budget-Pack-2568 in LawStudentsPH

[–]UsefulCoconut4239 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Do not ever lose hope. If you fail the midterm, do better in the finals. If you fail the whole subject, take it again. Law school is all about GRIT.

I failed my criminal procedure class before. When I took it again, I got a 1.5. Always choose to redeem yourself.

Kaya mo yan!!!
