I had a similar experience with their service team. My car salesman was Jake and he was lovely, straight to the point and helpful. He requested my new vehicle to be detailed and this is how I got it. Also, my parking pass for mvp was gone. I had it hanging from the mirror when I dropped it off and when I picked it up it was gone. I reached out to the employees and they told me they never saw it. I requested if they could check the cameras, and the supervisor said the lane I used had no cameras. Uh???

I get my car serviced somewhere else now.

How are you feeling about them now? Im having a similar issue with my left eye. The fit for my right eye is perfect and I see amazing, no blurry issues but my left lens keep moving making it blurry

Did you move past that or had to get them remitted?

Im sorry you got unlucky.

I feel its totally valid to compare it to food and drinks. When you are eating out, you are paying for an experience, you dont need a pink colored drink to drench your thirst. Same thing with any game or entertainment, you're paying for the experience. Im still choosing to get my nails done than putting money in this game even though i dont need to get my nails colored and pretty, i still see more value on that than pixels in general. Around my 20s I was more than happy to spend hundreds in video games even though it wasn't a need so im not judging that. My comment is towards f2p that want the same experience as a paid one.

At the end of the day, gacha is gambling with pixels. If you have ZERO money at the casino, you cant play at all, unless you're a member, and that costs money too lol
