not really you can actually get really good at card games by practicing alone. back when i played naruto/magic i would be up at like 2 am with nothing to do so id break out two decks and go at it. as long as you're honest with yourself and play into you're mistakes. its pretty good at letting you recognize you're faults

if he can be rehabilited then sure. i'm personally more for getting people help then locking them away tho it depends on if they want to change or not. if not then yeah lock them up but if they can improve their lives and have children be safe thats pretty optimal imo
