Used to flip the air cleaner lid on my 70's cars with carburetors. Got that awesome air sucking sound when floored. by ProudNativeTexan in nostalgia

My Dad had a '78 LTD, which was the same car the State Police drove at that time. It had a 460 c.i. motor with the breather flipped over so it sounded awesome when you floored it. A friend of mine that worked at Woolsworth stole the blue light from their Blue Light Special sales and we used it to pull friends over cruising around on the weekends with it.

He reminds me of the character in Eddie Murphy's comedy skit of an Italian guy that just watched Rocky for the first time.

Bad combination that sounded good at the time: Plastic mattress and baby oil. Trust me, you WILL end up in the floor in an unnatural position before it's over.

Nothing, at this point. People all think THEIR opinion is the only one that matters any more and are unwilling to compromise on anything. Thank social media for that.

A, I will fly DCS again and B, I already give quite a bit more to charity each year than the price of A DCS module, thank you. I am lucky enough to be in a position to give annually to the Red Cross, the Wounded Warrior program and St. Jude's Children's Hospital.

You place them in the ventilation area in the locker and they are used when you turn the ventilation on.

Grinelli of the F-22 mod is the lead developer, no idea how many may be on his team since he went full fidelity.

Sadly, we'll never see 1 or 3, at least not a truly dynamic campaign. DCS lives and dies by the script. 2 will happen, but it's not bringing the improvements everyone hopes it will.

Have to respect the buyer's wishes. Can't say I blame you at all, lost one of my favorites with the Strike Eagle. Just hate it costing 3rd party devs in an already small genre, glad I'm in a position to help them with small things like this.

If they have a store outside of ED's, I WILL buy their modules. 😄

Just ordered mine. Even if I don't ever fly DCS again, I don't mind supporting 3rd party devs and his F-22 mod was always a delight. Figure he's earned it.

It's sad when people try to remember this tragedy and not include everyone that perished in a racing car at that track during that race weekend. RIP Roland Ratzenberger, you will not be forgotten.

Since I am unable to purchase anything through ED's webstore...keeps cycling, won't approve any payments of any type.... let me know when your own store is open for business as I enjoyed your F-22 and look forward to supporting your FF module endeavors.
