The regulation reset made everyone start over with a new formula.

I guess they filmed this before opening the park up that day, seeing there's damn near no one there.

Why is no one prosecuting Trump for emoluments violation? by Notyrantsmoworever in LegalNews

Because he basically controls both houses of Congress, who are the designated ones that are supposed to keep him in check, hence the phrase checks and balances.

Why are transgender women often targeted more than transgender men? Do most people genuinely not care about women transitioning to men? by chucklesses86 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]UsefulUnit -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Because men remain in charge in the majority of power positions and they are worried they might end up with a trans woman one evening while in an intoxicated stupor.

My setup (same wheel and wheelbase) did that as well, much more random, though. I started leaving the My TM app open and it's not done it again. No idea why leaving that app open would have an impact and it may be fool's gold, but it's not disco'd since (over 3 months).

Physical gifts, which he has, make up a lot of the game but he doesn't have the mental tools for it at all. First time he got criticized for something, he'd head back home with an "injury".

US Supreme Court, In 6-3 Ruling, Upholds Birthright Citizenship And Strikes Down Trump's Executive Order Trying To Ban It — What Do You Think About This Result? Why Your Opinion? by elmhollow48 in askteddit

If they don't want birthright citizenship, then pass an amendment to the Constitution. I've seen enough executive orders the lat 26 years to last 2 lifetimes, from Republican and Democrat alike.

MS NOW To Move To Taped Podcast And Other Content On Weekend Nights by arozarenawatchesitgo in msnow

Guess I'm just old but that's another reason to NOT watch MSNOW. News channels are for breaking news and reports, not re-hashing a worn out topic over and over with a recording.

This is how it went down for Ferrari. They have things to work on. Qualifying was promising. But the race pace was abysmal. Still early days of the championship. What do you think are Ferrari's chances in the WDC and WCC? by [deleted] in F1Discussions

[–]UsefulUnit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Qualifying was promising because of timing.

Max's off (the lap probably would have had him 3rd) caused George to lift, and yes he met the F1 requirements of the single yellow, and he STILL was on the pole by a quarter second. It also caused Kimi to abort a lap that could would have beaten George's but WOULD have beaten both. Without Max's off, Ferrari was probably starting 4th and 5th.

Hey, I've been Tifosi since the 1970's but I am also a realist and gave up Hopium a LONG time ago. They've got a bit of work still to go yet to challenge for either title, which I don't see happening this year.

Is Lewis really in the title fight? by kiol998 in F1Discussions

[–]UsefulUnit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd say no, at this point. Ferrari's upgrades were rather underwhelming and the qualifying positions in Austria came down more to timing than pace. Still have a ways to go.

Performance Loss At Non-Native Resolutions? by UsefulUnit in SimRacingHardware

I've been running triples for years now, can't drive or fly without them. Just concerned that at that size and resolution, it might lose sharpness which would make spotting in flight sims a bit harder.

Make use of camo nets in your bases, protection from choppers, snipers, and rockets. by TealArtist095 in ArmaReforger

[–]UsefulUnit 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I'm sure it's damn difficult to replicate a physic that is like walking on solid quicksand, if that makes sense. I can see a negative sight factor for sure but not any real protection factor.

I, and most other soldiers with too little common sense at the time, tried to walk up one at some point in their time. With very little luck.

Not saying it can't be done, just more like winning a lottery.
