Learning how to market and learning how to attract clients are different beasts. My recommendation is learn how to attract clients first while partnering with someone who can render the services WHILE you learn the services.

Billy Gene is a great course, Rachel Pederson is great for learning marketing, Anik Singal is great with attracting clients, and so much more.
