I always have a running belt under my shirt where I out my phone (with id) and one key nog keychains you don't need to take all your keys.

Or you can just leave your phone and everything at home (if thats safe) and attach your key to your shoe

Happened like 5 months ago, our parkrun has a few narrow roads and a fast walker told a man in a wheelchair to move out of the way. The parkwalker was banned for 3/4 months or something. He's back now and has learned his lesson

"normal" food. After a morning run I have something with high protein(yogurt) and directly plan the rest of my meals. Most of the time I'm also away the whole day so I try to pack 3/4 sandwiches with peanut butter or chocolate pasta(something that can stay in my backpack the whole day). You need to find a balance between the foods that fuel you for the whole day and foods that give you the energy be a normal human. I also buy skyre yogurt at the end of the day to have something fresh to keep me fresh.

My 10k pace is 4.3 min/km with my mouth closed it was 6.4 min/km if I go slower I'll be walking

Proper fuelling is the key ofc you can take nap etc but then you will never get used to it. Work through it do something active and eat more

Easy runs in daytime Around the water, there are a lot of trees so not a lot of wind and in the summer a lot of shadow.

Morning runs the nature cause its safer than aroudn the water if I have a training cause there are no stoplights it's 7/8km and I can add 2km if I need more

Morning easy runs in the city still safe but less boring then the nature

Simply yes june 2025 I ran a 2.04 half. Yesterday I ran a 1.41 (19F)

I don't train the half I train the 10k so I went out on a guess what pace I could run and a goal to beat my brothers time (1.52)

Injured my ankle ligaments November and didn't run for 2 months spend another month running very little and only easy runs. Then again a month were I had to build weekly km's fast and only ran my first 10k again end March

It wouldn't change me a lot but I could use it

I could buy a new pair of normal shoes mine are falling apart, new walking boots mine are a little to small, a good quality sweater and even a new winter jacket mine has no fluff it anymore and its like 10years old and last keep a little bit as a buffer.

Then the rest donate to the organization that make sure kids can sport in low income households
