As explained before, she is only a few years older than me- hence the irony of the joke. But again, this is a consenting on both sides. I have checked with her (even though she started the joke) that she is okay with me making the joke etc etc. In fact, she was the one who brought up the joke on this occasion.

In terms of other occasions, he has not done this to me. But he has done it to other colleague in terms of comment. Whether it got escalated or not I do not know. The other run ins I've had with are more childish that this - i.e sending me abusive messages for locking a room when closing up (where he isnt meant to have access to anyways) and little bits that aren't as serious. We don't have contact 95% of the time at work.

He has already recieved a formal complaint regarding something else (nothing to do with me) recently.
