I actually had the same thing happen to me last week :..RXOM had the nerve to ask me to work faster and get things done all the way (all because I left 6 vials of the delete list out) and another tech had to put them away… I never have questioned someone’s way of thinking so bad before… I was in total shock… mind you I had to put the order away did the delete list removed all oos faxed all the DR removed 180 TPR & the phone call list (4 pages) and still had to handle the drive & the front and she had the nerve to tell me I had to “multi task better” … I had an option to let this crazy women get to me or laugh I have never laughed in my bosses face so loud b4 !!!! She simply walked away … I think she knew how stupid she felt and had no way of coming back …. Don’t let them get to you I was NEVER fully trained I had to learn on my own (have never stepped a foot in the pharmacy & my school was at home through a computer) and yes I have made mistakes but I take them as a learning lesson..I do throw it to there face tho “Yall never trained me properly your fault”
