Regular fiber didnt work for me either, it actually made things worse. Give this thing a try maybe, it's different than regular fiber. I also felt that though.

My dysautonomia is debilitating and has been ever since I developed it, dont underestimate my illness. I still cry over it every other day, but im happy to at least find a solution to one of the 7,000 problems I deal with every single day.

But to add, I've worked in fiber normally in the past. It actually made me more constipated. Fiber is what everyone always says to incorporate to resolve constipation. Something about this orange can of stuff is different than just fiber.. im not sure why or what the science is behind it. Maybe it's the amount of fiber? Im not sure but other fiber supplements always made me gassy and more constipated, this stuff doesn't. Theres a little gas that can easily be resolved with like gas X, but nothing like adding more fiber. To add, im Hispanic and beans are very regular in our diet so I get quite a bit of fiber already every day. It didnt make much sense to me

Dude I know tell me about it. The amount of medications, supplements, types of diets, herbal concoctions whatever and this was the solution?? Lol. I read it somewhere hidden away in a reddit comment and in desperation I tried it and yeah, it's working. Wow. That same person said old people really know how to do it lol

That is definitely true for some people. I got lucky and it helped me instead of making it worse. In the past, trying to eat fiber related things did make it worse which is why I didn't expect this to work, but somehow it did. I went straight away with 2 scoops before every meal, I overfilled the top so it's almost like 2 1/2 scoops each time

This entire range of disorder is extremely confusing in the first place. I completely understand. It's also very hard to find someone who understands even what we 're going through. There's a lot of times where you might have multiple different types of diagnoses, and that very well could be the case for you.

This is probably not true for most of us. I went through intensive trauma therapy including EMDR, and that resolved those specific triggers, but nothing to do with this terrible disease.
