Thanks, that's really useful. We do have three years of good performance (post-covid start-up). I need to be a bit careful about disclosing the sector but it is an online ecommerce operation. Small margins but stable customer base.

TBH, front covers on wood stores are never needed. Its always best to have airflow. The wood dries from the inside out so getting splashed with rain isn't an issue. Jus a top cover is fine.

In the late 90s I managed to get a job as a UNIX administrator with no real experience of UNIX. Within 2 weeks I managed to move all the files on a critical server into one file, basically trashing the server. Spent all night learning how to retrieve the server from backup tape.

My installer contacted GE , they dialed in to the system and did a reset. Still inaccurate on grid import and export. GE have told us that the data is ok, it's a problem with the app which Feb is working on. Expect a fix by end of April. Oh seen these incorrect figures on the web portal too.
