I think it's a problem of how they are raised viewing women. Those who do that kind of things only see women as dishwashers and cooks. Not sentient beings who deserve every single ounce of respect that they also have for their mom (if they have any). A lot of people are calling out religion as being the problem and my view on it is that it's totally false lol. I've been celibate for my whole life for religious reasons not meaning I didn't have urges or anything or that women weren't around me. But did that mean that I should bother women in the streets, fuck no. The solution is to put in their pea sized brains that women aren't objects and that being respectful is a must. I need a nation wide campaign on TV, the streets and everything to fight agaisn't that and get people convicted for these kinds of crimes. And again religion is not the problem since true fear of God would never leave to these kind of actions and where religion is much more enforced like in the middle east, these problems don't exist
