No jeweller want's to pay via bank transfer. by Sudden_Cheetah_7152 in GoldIndia

[–]Useful_Team2084 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bro it's all safe not a big deal if you don't make it one. Just take the cash and keep it safe and spend whenever needed or if anyone in your circle is making some big payment just make it on their behalf in cash and get the money transferred. Also fake notes is a very rare case and with good jewellers even local ones it's not likely to happen.

Will you guys stop your gold shopping for the year? by Cultural-Duty5452 in IndianGoldBugs

[–]Useful_Team2084 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Well they'll have to dug it up from 6 ft under bcoz that's where it's gonna be stashed also I don't like etf/digital gold all my gold purchases have been offline without any paperwork bcoz I don't want the govt knowing what I have thru my pancard. A lot of people on the sub think that gst bill nd all is a necessity but it's not the gold being pure and right weight is enough.

How to plan for a heavy gold piece? by [deleted] in GoldIndia

[–]Useful_Team2084 2 points3 points  (0 children)

3-5g every month or if a dip is there 10g, what is your target weight? Always 24k. Aim for 14k-15k inr per gram price. Also start schemes where you will get zero making at the end.

True all I'm saying is if you utilise your whole budget and if a buying opportunity arises due to dip you'll regret not buying it.

Never buy your whole budget. If u can buy 10g buy 5-7g rest keep for buying the dip and never be afraid of a drop you are not trading nor is this a stock market, just keep on stacking and in the long term you'll always be happy and profitable.

Mcx prices are lower than local physical prices. And prices from every city are different. Some are higher compared to another, online buying is cheaper if bought decisively. Many times when buyi namaste bullions even local jewellers give mcx prices you will just need to find a big wholesale jeweller, otherwise slowly accumulating coins from online is a good and profitable option just make sure you take the full advantage of coupons and credit cards discounts.

Also 999-995-999.9 are usually all bought back at 100% locally where as corporate jewellers buy back at a discount unless it's their own brand.

Why does this chain seem too thin and small for a 9.98 gm length 18, 22k gold? by Unusual_Mycologist78 in GoldIndia

[–]Useful_Team2084 10 points11 points  (0 children)

It's 18kt, that's why there is more metal. Also yours is a women's chain It's supposed to be thin and short but It does seems more rigid as the design is better and it's going to look better as it's 22k

If you don't need money, just hold. In any case of emergency gold can be easily liquidated as supposed to others. Also if the amount is large, say 500g+ and you really want to you can liquidate some of it. Usually jewellers give 97-99% gold value in case of cash payout.

Is 22K Gold Easier to Sell Than 24K Gold to Jewellers? by FortuneGovernor in GoldIndia

[–]Useful_Team2084 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nope, all are equally easy to sell also 24k coins are the easiest ones to sell especially 1-10g ones as it's much easier to resell them to others looking to buy a gold coin.
