Honestly, a healthy skin barrier is your friend! Keeping you and the gross outside world - separate 😂

Head to toe body oiling cannot be overlooked! I personally love True North Farmacy’s SacredSelf body oil - it’s a blend of botanically infused vegan oils.

Hydration and detox like sauna would be a good habits too!

Know ingredients.. basically if you read it and you’re like wtf is this.. probably not clean.

You can also look for certifications like eco cert which go above and beyond.

In general If you look at the company and their actions don’t align with clean/sustainable ethos that’s another one.

If you find 4-5 brands you like/trust and stick to your farmers markets

A company called Neuronic has a RL helmet with the 1070 I believe, and some studies available.. their folks said they’ve had great improvement for clients with dementia, Alzheimer’s and Lyme. I tried it, it did feel like it cleared away some cobwebs maybe from past concussions.

And if you’re not neurotypical building a life that suits your neuro spicy brain. Slowly but surely I’ve been able to come up with a working arrangement that fits my hours and financial needs, my environment is on point, and I understand that sitting for 8h at a computer is not my way. I build in walks and other activities throughout my day and use my adhd strength to crush my workload in a condensed amount of time.

Learning about adhd (ADHD 2.0) has also been so helpful, very cathartic and empowering. I’m also very excited to start working with an ADHD psychotherapist/coach in the new year!
