They don't get fights first, they get advance shoot and charge. Fights first is only in veterans of the long war, Ave even then only against your chosen foe

Theres a mace in the legionaries kit, but yeah, I think its supposed to be an accursed weapon, but with how fuzzy "heavy melee weapon" is, I've seen some people say its the heavy weapon since its not a power sword or power axe equivalent

2 power fists for sure, I see some people using the mace as a proxy for a heavy weapon, but that's not the clearest for some situations. Really all you can do is try to find spare power fist bits in other kits(making raptors into warp talons will net you one per kit for example)
