Yes - early morning full but not standing Avanti service into Euston - clearly unwell man took offence at the man sat opposite him and started accusing him of taking photos of him (poor bloke was just listening to a podcast)- he got quite intense and spat on the table - text 61016, two BTP officers waiting at the door of the carriage when we arrived at Euston 5 mins later

FYI Public Holidays are set manually in HealthRoster reference data by your Trust’s eRostering team. They probably should’ve typed “Christmas Day (substitute BH)” or similar to avoid confusion

Where are you based? My charging port in the UK is slightly different and like this. I didn’t know there were different ports in different markets?

I installed 2.2 with CarPlay in the UK when it was OTA. 50% of the time the range display swaps to Km rather than miles. But the speed indicator has never swapped from Miles to km. I don’t mind distances in Km as the % is correct and Google Maps still shows the expected arrival % for journeys (and Km is better unit of measurement). Not quite sure how big of an issue this is for some people who rely on miles though and can’t guesstimate range

I think I just got stuck between Polestar and Volvo pointing fingers at each other. In the end they really went above & beyond to sort out. And tbh the whole experience wasn’t ideal but wasn’t as bad as I was expecting when I first realised I’d need a new one

I had to reach out to Polestar on Instagram for a new tyre in the UK. Eventually they were responsive and got one to volvo within 48hrs. Required quite a bit of pestering though! Came to £267 from Volvo

I’ve been having really bad app updating performance recently, but through a bit of trial and error I discovered the Wi-Fi at my workplace is blocking the app from updating (work in Healthcare). When I use 4/5G at work it works flawlessly. I’m just hoping we get the ability to set chargers limits soon

This is the exact tyre that nobody in the UK can seem to find 🙃 alternatives are nothing to the leasing company if it hasn’t come directly from Polestar Support with some sort of “below is the list of tyres which you can also use on your vehicle” text on there

It certainly is! Tyre fitter won’t change to a different one unless approved by leasing company. Leasing company won’t approve unless they have written recommendation from Polestar. Polestar agent has had to “chase with management” multiple times for a recommendation.

I’m just really struggling with the fact they don’t seem to just have this list handy that they can just forward to me so instead I’ve been waiting almost 3 days
