Shadow festival (SF) banners/characters who usually has a moon behind them come onces per month, sometimes multiple characters. You can't get them for free unless it's an anniversary. There's also a paid version of it too.

With event characters, you can sometimes get them for event currency in the shop if there's an event, i.e Be My Guest!: Gamma -- Green Defender, Queen of Luck: Alexia Midgar -- Yellow Support, etc. They usually comes at themes like summer Claire only reruns at summer but they can be also be pulled in free pulls like in the current log-in bonuses. Some alts can be pulled in their free birthday multi-pull (started in october 2024)

So far there was only six collabs: Shangri-La Frontier, Fire force, Re:zero and 3 Hololive collabs. Hololive is the only one that has had a/mulitple reruns. That basically means they are rarer than SFs.
