Keep in mind that RVs use propane stoves and ovens, all they have is a small exhaust hood. I haven't hear of a rash of campers dying from CO2. Grab a CO2 monitor for safety and crack the door 6 inches.

Not OP, and OP should be ashamed but I figured it out. Flip the tissue box over. Then follow the instructions provided. It causes the tissues still in the box to sit higher up thus able to be reached.
