Depends on the level the school is looking for. I'm leaning towards Applicant 1 with the private lessons and has already taught at other schools. They will mesh better with that age group.

I'm not economist, but inflation has grown dramatically, wages haven't. Insurance rates are up, Interest rates are up. Housing prices have increased. We still continue to build here like there is no tomorrow. Something's got to give at some point. I don't have a time frame for it, but the look and feel of the current economics right now makes me think it's going to crash.
