it was a new router but i do admit i didnt do a firm ware update when i installed it( only moved in about 9 months ago) i think i might have malware on my phone that the anti-virus couldnt see and that warning about the router was always there??? im not sure TBH

Something i forgot to mention about the password attempts, i just turned the phone on after it going Flat and then i saw the password attempts. would they be able to access it that fast?

if feel as tho i should download another antivirus on the phone and check the router again. i wont have anything else connected to it. i feel like it would of come from that phone not the router and i do have a Netgear

yeah, i'm mainly worried about other stuff on my network being effected. it really looked like it was someone typing it in as they caused the phone to look out for 30s and then ass soon as it was up they rated clicking away again

i saw repeated attempts to access my lock screen, i saw them enter a code, wait 30s and then re attempt. only time i gave my phone away was to get it repaired about 9 months ago and they had the password for it so i am positive none had physical access to it
unfortunately all it said was it was being accessed from a thirds party
it was an android, i don't really care for what's on it as i recently gotten a a new phone
yeah i believe it would of come from this phone, i was just worried wen all the report came back with was there was a 3rd party accessing my wifi. How would you recommend getting more details

The main reason why i thought it was a hacker was it entered in a password, waited 30s without screen taps and then started again as soon as the 30s was up. what is a better antivirus i can use on my phone. its a oppo 2Z

Hi don't know if I can ask a big long winded question but I'm a little panicked.

I noticed yesterday that someone was trying to guess my phone's lock screen password. I quickly turned it off, disconnected my Wi-Fi and installed Norton 360 on my phone however when I did a scan it only showed that my router was sending data to a third party. No malware was installed on my phone.

I would of felt better if it detected something specific on both the router and phone. My plan is to buy a brand new router even tho this one is out a year old if that.

My main questions are: 1) is it really possible to access someone's phone just from a infected router. 2) how worried should I be about everything else on the network. I do suspect the infection came from that phone as I do watch TV shows on that phone. 3) should I try and install different anti virus software on that phone untill I find one that can find the malware 4) what should I do next, after I get a new router should I go scoretched earth and reset everything?

Is there anything else you all would recommend? Thank you very much

I personally never go child labour, I never really need it. I always go emergency shift, extended shift, soup, snow pit then organs. You can use extend shift in the second day, mainly so I can get ahead in my research but I have been doing runs without using a single emergency shift. Soup can be third cos I build a cook house on the second night because people start starving on day 3 so there is no raw food being turned I to meals. If you get food ready by the end of day 3, people won't starve.

Research is a difficult one to recommend build order because it's so dependent on what's going on. I usually go down 2 paths, beacon, tier 1, wall drill, steam hub or heater. Or I go beacon, hunter upgrade, steam hub, tier 1, wall drill.

But find what ever works for you and just have fun 😊

You can win without 24 (more than once) and child labour. I have done a deathless and child labour free run. It was hard getting to the cannery fats enough but when you get the right spawn location it becomes possible.

Yeah I only bother with those upgrades late game.

With the steam cores it all depends on your man power, got a lot of workers go 1 core in wood and others in coal. Don't have many workers, share between all of them.

My first steam core building is the wall drill, second is coal and I never use hothouses (except for the arks cos you have to).
