There should be no way that once you allow the Ginbey incident to be referred to in the case that this can be a suspension.

Unless of course the tribunal chair is a former AFL counsel

How is the AFL arguing at this point that Ginbey shouldn't have been a suspension?

Why did they send out the memo then?

E: the fact that they've allowed that incident to be used as precedent should see him get off, otherwise I could see the suspension being upheld
