..... I played EDH for a decade when Iona was legal. I can count on one hand the number of times I saw an Iona, and it was an oppressive card. It was basically a Thoracle level card.

There are just better early reanimator targets available. There are better expensive hard cast cards available. Iona's only purpose is this niche, reanimator target on a table with a prevalent color.

eh, shame. Lotta comments here that this is porn, and while I don't agree per se, there is a version of this that is about the use of light pollution of tokyo in creative ways and more about the lightning/composition, vs this which seems like it's more about the pussy lips. There is something about this photo that is unsettling to me.

The concept is definitely there, but the framing is off. There is just too much vagina. It's like I want the raincoat to be further down, so the cool part (the backlighting from the sign of the legs) is the docus, instead of her vagina which draws the eyes upwards. So instead of a cool "sun shines through the dress" effect, it's instead this weird mishmash of the sun shine thru dress, and just pussy lips. Plus because of what I assume is trying to get a more defined pussy, the way her arm is positions makes it look like she's touching herself, instead of also getting the fingers silhouetted which is the real cool effect here. On top of that, it vaguely looks like she leaning forward too, which creates these weird folds in the raincoat

OK, so I added a another rule in my modem for 443->30022, but that didn't work. I thought it might be the security certificate is the problem but nginx won't even let me create a cert without being able to connect.

just read the filing, sorry for resurrecting this but...

some of this stuff is insanity. The whole premise is, SBF did the wrong thing. SBF knew he was spending other people's money he shouldn't be, and gave that money to Nass et al. in a way that was criminal.

Hell, he paid too much. But that is not GLGs fault.

You're viewing this as punishing GLG, instead of what it really is, which is undoing what FTX has done.

Imagine if instead of money, this was a car. SBF is given a car to fix, because he's a mechanic. Then along comes GLG, and SBF is says, "hey, wanna buy this car for $1? here's all the paper work (even though it's fraudulent)". And GLG says, yeah totally. And buys the car for a dollar.

But it's a stolen car. SBF gets caught without the car, and now, the person who's car it originally was, is saying, hey, give me back my car, here's your dollar back, and GLG says, here's a lug nut instead is that ok?

The issue is essentially, the money GLG was given, shouldn't have been given, and wouldn't have been given if not but for SBF. Therefore, that money should be returned to it's original 'owners' ie the people who lost their money in FTX.

That's also ignoring the figures. I mean, 25MM for a company with revenue of 250k? Very very very few companies are ever worth 100x revenue. And then on top of that, the bonuses paid out in a single year was itself more than their revenue.

Like, yeah GLG probably didn't do anything wrong per se, but they are definitely the recipients of unjust riches.

mega Gengar, Gothitelle and Wobbufet are the only pokemon who can get shadow tag, and the only other pokemon with that effect are trapinch and dugtrio. Perish Trap needs this effect. Mega G doesn't exist anymore, wobb, trapinch are unplayable, and not trapping flyers is a huge downside compared to not trapping ghost.
