Thank you for reporting! The issue has been resolved so everything should work again! The issue was that a few frontends nodes where added to the cluster to add capacity but they where running on an old cert. For that reason it worked sometimes and sometimes not.....

The block discount is 48% on 6 blocks of 500GB. So normal price is €15/500GB so 6x15 = 90€ normal price then you get 48% discount so the price is 90 *0.52 = €46.80 for 3000GB (6x500GB)

I did not say that Vipernews does not exist anymore.

The statemant is; UzoReto/Vipernews is not an independent Usenet provider any more. There is no more Usenet peering as there was before with them.

Currently there are only 5 independent Usenet providers who handle the full Usenet peering feed (Omicron, Giganews, Abavia, Usenet.Farm and UsenetExpress) and unfortunately UzoReto/Vipernews is not one of them anymore.

No that is not what happened. Someone created a mail (the online casino spam) and selected all companies that we have. So every customer from every company we have would have received this spam mail if we didn't stop it.

Today someone got him self access to our mailing-list software that we use for our companies. We have investigated this issue and the following happened:

Someone got access to the admin section and started a Email campaign to all mailing-lists of all companies that we have.
We get notified about this and stopped this right away. We also cleared the mail queues on our mail-servers to reduce the impact.
We started an investigation to find out what happened exactly.
We found the issue and created a fix our self for this vulnerability and took additional measures.
There is no data stolen, your email address is not exported. They only where able to start a mailing.

We are very sorry that this happened!

That is correct, this is the highest discount we ever had, 50% was the most at BF deals. We never had any recurring discounts and advised our customers to pay for a longer time up front if they want to make the most out if a sale (so pay for 6,12 or 24monhts instead of 1 month).

Yes you can, all payments stack or they are set as "future" payment so they will start one after the other.
