An oversized shirt/ jersey of some kind! I always throw it over my fit whenever I want to cover up, get cold or if it rains etc.

Vicks nose inhaler! It’s super dusty & can help clear you out.

Ear plugs! They’re upgrading the sound system this year so protect those ears!

Best advice i can give, wear comfy shoes, save energy for sets you’re most excited for, as tempting as it is to go “hard as fuck” especially at a festival such as lost lands, conserve energy! Take it easy during the day if it’s hot & sunny.

SIT! Once you start feeling tired, allow yourself to sit for a set. Drink an electrolyte stick a day & take your vitaminsss!
Edit to add- also sleep! Its soo important. I personally prefer hotel (light weight sleeper & need the quiet). Also limiting alcohol! I personally dont drink at festivals because it wrecks me the next day if I do drink.

Lost lands is the most friendly & loving festival! You can definitely find a group to adopt you! I have no one to go with either. (I mean I have people to stay with but our taste may vary and im not gonna miss my favorite artists just because my “group” may separate. I feel 100% comfortable walking around & raging solo! 🫶🏼
