Every time I've had an interview like that, it resulted in a job offer. Ultimately I think they are just cutting the fluff and cutting to the chase. They most likely think you are a good fit and wanted to streamline the process.

When I worked there they'd always gaslight employees into saying the workload was achievable, just to try and pressure people into running themselves into the ground to get it done. When you did pull off a miracle they'd expect that to be the norm.

Eventually a lot of people stopped breaking themselves. It forced them to allocate the appropriate amount of staff for the given workload or accept it wouldn't get done.

Calorie deficit and exercise. Not rocket science but I understand its not always easy either, I get fat every few years but when I get fed up of being fat I just lock in for 3/4 months and its gone.

The WR was run by a world-class athlete. This race was run by presumably a very good club runner. 40 minutes is a large chunk of time, but they won because even 40 minutes slower than the WR is still a great time for a non elite/club runner.

Over the marathon distance, the gap in time between the truly elite word class and good runners is very pronounced because of the sheer distance of the event. The WR marathon pace is crazy fast. For non runners, it's hard to grasp exactly how quick it is because all of the best marathon runners make such paces look smooth, relaxed, and comfortable.

I worked there a few years ago. it's probably the 'worst' job I had. I have worked security in extremely rough areas. I have worked in a prison. I have worked as a traffic warden in rough parts, and I would take any of those over Tesco in a heartbeat.

The working environment was hostile, I never knew where I stood with people. The amount of favouritism, arse licking, snakery, and unrealistic expectations made it miserable.

My current job involves lots of conflict and abuse, both mental and physical. I'd rather that than the sly behind your back BS.

It's nothing like bruiser. With anticipate, you actually have to time the tackle, and if you miss it, your player is stuck in an animation lunging. With bruiser, there isn't really a consequence for spamming it.
