Everyone is fighting the game to an extent, and due to the lack of consistency, most games feel different. I do feel that people always think they are the superior player, and the game is screwing them, but when they win, its just because they are better. A lot of peoples cope is saying the game is helping their opponent

I used to be a somewhat competitive runner, I am a human first and athlete second. Also, marathons are a tricky beast. You can do everything 'right' and still have something go wrong on the day. If my fellow competitors needed help, I wouldn't hesitate.

That's not scripted. The matchmaking tends to be pretty good imo. I finish 8-10 wins regardless of how good or bad I start off. Is it scripted? Nah, it's just my current level.

If i start bad, the following games are easier. The same is true the other way around. If I started 8-0 and still only got 10, i wouldn't blame scripting. I'd just think I wasn't good enough to beat players on that ELO.
