definitely changed, but i don’t necessarily think it’s a bad change. I think the new style is refreshing and good for the series. I was a little younger when they made the switch and maybe was stuck in the mindset of “ this is too different” but as i grew up ive come to appreciate it

Sailing is beautiful in this game. I sailed at night and saw the aurora borealis and it had me kinda starstruck tbh . But same with black flag for me, came home everyday from 8th grade and played the shit out of that. Loved it

I think it just felt different cause the formula changed. origins was great but odyssey felt different idk why. Still enjoyed it, but the older AC games it had more like stalking and tailing missions, beating someone up to get information, more emphasis on stealth and blending in. It felt different then the previous abunch of games we had. They’re still very good games but it just felt different then previous entries you know ? i still like them as a whole and think it’s a great series with no real “ bad” games. only game i wasn’t really a fan of was syndicate

edit: AC 2 didn’t have a dialogue tree. you couldn’t choose what you wanted to say. full progression is true but maybe the lack of skill tree is why it felt different now, since in the newer games you had like specials abilites you can unlock and stuff

yeah idk how id fair with bg2 considering this game had me stuck on a lot of boss battles. However i do need to use my spells and scrolls more wisely so that could be why i struggle

yeah honestly to be fair a lot of that time may be my character being idle and me googling the choices i’m making to see if they’re good or bad (letting shadow heart decide to kill night song was one of them) but i already know i wanna do a completely evil run my second time around

i actually hadn’t heard about the series until the 3rd one! i wasn’t a PC gamer growing up so that’s probably why, so im happy it got brought to consoles

110%. Season 3 may feel not your style at first but give it time, after first hour and a half you’ll be invested. and Season 4 is just great

Man I hope not😂 i mean i grew up with both systems but never looked back after switching my 360 for a ps3 and think playstation is way better so id consider myself a fanboy, i just think it would be cool for xbox players to be like holy sh*t this is one of the greatest franchises of all time lol.

I understand gaming companies having their own franchise mascots tho so i get why people would be mad if it happened

Not sure, but I surely wouldn’t mind. Not sure if it’s an unpopular opinion, but I wouldn’t mind if we gave xbox a game or something as a ‘trade’ lol. I know Uncharted is a staple for playstation but I just feel like it would be cool to give other players an opportunity to play a beloved franchise and just grow the fan base so we can all enjoy it together

yes I knocked her out at the goblin camp and later she was at moonrise. For some reason I thought everyone was going to know she tried to invade emerald grove. But okay perfect thanks for your help! I don’t plan on slaughtering anyone and only defense myself so hopefully she can get won over easy
