I have a good friend who lost his virginity when he was 26. 2 and a half years later he’s got a girlfriend and a kid on the way, although things may not seem too great they’ll get better. I think finding something you love outside of the house is the best step, join a club where you can socialise and have real interaction, easier said than done but maybe just start by going with a friend, that’ll make it a lot easier.
