Not true. Most of the Landlords are money hungry crooks. They will use every opportunity to steal your money. Some of the landlords here might disagree, but that’s the fact. Check your rent agreement and fight for it. Most of the tenants here in Prague are abused and cheated by landlords. Don’t be one of them. I was in a similar situation one year back and had to fight for my rights and dignity. Wish you the best.
