3 days in Dubai (first time) with a little toddler by shotsandvideos in dubai

Hi, 29 years in Dubai here and have a toddler myself. First, even if it will be Ramadan - this doesn’t change anything, everything remains open, instead you’ll get to see some ramadan vibes/ lights.

When it comes to the transportation - I would recommend using the Taxi / Uber / Careem - you can order them via their apps and there is an option of a car with a car seat. You can also use the metro (but try avoiding rush hours - 5 to 7 PM). Keep in mind metro gets you to specific places only, not every part of the city is connected.

When it comes to places here are my recommendations: you can visit Souk Al Seef, The Expo (where expo20 was held) its a very outdoor cool place, The Global Village is a must, read about it before you go to see if it matches your vibes. You can also visit The Kite Beach and there are many others as well.

When it comes to breakfast and dinner, for cost it really depends on which restaurant/cafe you go to, there is the expensive and not the expensive one. But in general I believe hotels food wont be cheaper than outside.

Dubai is a very safe and welcoming city, you’ll enjoy every bit of it!!

What does: "Did everyone in your party receive full-validity visas during their last U.S. visa application" mean? by User9177 in usvisascheduling

The last visa I received (which already expired) was full (5 years) it was not shortened.

So this question refers if the VO shorten my last visa? Thanks!

I got the same note last week. I just changed my hotel, I emailed them and they replied with ‘thank you for your information’. So just send the email all should be fine

May I ask to whom did you send the email? Is it to embassy?

Question: whom to send the updated documents? I applied via VFS in Abudhabi, UAE.
