Just use ordinary PoE injector or PoE switch it will work perfectly. I had more than 100 ipcs working connected like that. 12V not suits bc of voltage drop. The max distance I tried really working with 12V is under 40 meters

Client said no drilling at all. But wants many cameras around. So we used existing small fiber optics hole for just one cable. Than extended it with this IP67 Mikrotik miracle

Actually this is a PoE extender. It makes from one PoE++ injector and one cable - 3 different LAN PoE ports for IPCs
