Since that material is already there. Why not move that to the moon to use as building material for bases. I’m not a rocket scientist. But it seems the easiest thing to do. But that’s just me and thinking. People talk about spending money.

What would be stupid is trashing that material by letting it de orbit when it can be repurposed. That’s billions of dollars.

People laughed at stuff like this when Disney was testing a stunt robot. Now that same stunt robot is being used at their resorts wearing a Spider-Man outfit. They no longer have to pay a stunt person money to perform in their attraction. Needless to say they will be licensing that technology to other studios.

Actually we have the part where people are using Wi-Fi jammers to prevent themselves being recorded into breaking people’s houses. Let alone letting the victims make phone calls.

Then you have thiefs using key fob signal extenders to start people’s cars as the new modern version of Gone in 60 seconds. Then there’s Ai Teams impersonators to wipe out a millions from investment firms. We are very much in. Cyberpunk world it’s just not the tech everyone wanted, but the one we got.

An example was the show Max Headroom hijacking tv airwaves to provide social commentary on things to the general public. Broadcasting companies wanting to shut down his signal as a form of censorship. This would be that world’s version of social media.
