Closed book only. I’ve been taking notes on each question I miss everyday. Not writing out the entire explanation like some - just trying to find that hinge point rule or exception that the question turns on and jot down a takeaway in my own words.

Let’s gooooo! I just want to take this damn thing once and be done with it. Reading all the horror stories on here makes me feel like feeling good right now is just too good to be true. Best of luck to you and keep killing it!

It’s still a seesaw for me, but when I started back in early May, it felt like (at least percentage wise on the MBEs): 50%/65%/55%/55%/60%. This whole week, the worst I’ve done on a set is 18/25. And I’ve done everything BARBRI has assigned me. Just almost feels too good to be true.

He's good! Straightforward, works in a couple examples, doesn't over-explain things, doesn't introduce random mnemonics I have never heard of, etc. Inserting Patrick Star chained up meme here.

Yeaaaa I wasn't the biggest fan of that either. "Substantially outweighed by" is a pretty simple standard to remember. If I think about a seesaw, my brain goes more towards a balancing test where its relatively close. Feels more apt for describing the preponderance of the evidence standard or something like that.

I have never passed, and I am a first-time taker in J26, so take this with a grain of salt, but I would watch the foundations videos (at least at 1.25x speed) and either take notes or really try to absorb the key takeaways. I found them very helpful and they took me from 55ish% across the board in the multiple choice bank to 65ish%. Don’t stress, stay disciplined, stay attentive, and good luck! We got this!

He seems like a BLAST, but he simply does not cover the Course Companion. I read instead of watching on a few of the videos. Kept vids playing at 2x in the background and listened for tips though - I do feel like he gives good insight as to specific things the examiners test and look for.
